Monitors, mouse and keyboard don't power on

I recently bought a new MSI B150 Gaming M3 motherboard, I replaced my old motherboard with the new one and I started up the computer, all of the fans in the pc are running but there is no power going to the monitors, keyboard or mouse, I have already replaced the CMOS and reset the CMOS and they still don't have any signal going to them, if someone could come up with a solution it would really help me, thanks

There is a few possibilities:
RAM is not correctly seated in the slots
New motherboard not compatible with the CPU ( check the CPU socket # and the MB socket #)
Motherboard is f***ed
Power supply cables are not pluged correctly to the motherboard
RAM is f***ed

Check the motherboard if it has any broken/bent pins and if so, send it back. If the CPU is not compatible and you forced it's probably dead.
