Question Monitors not working but they do work.

so I'm very very confused my monitors works 100% and i have 2 but when i turn on my pc only one will turn connect even tho it still works if i turned off my pc and then turned off my prev monitor and then turned on the other one it would connect and work and when im in the display settings i only see the one that is connected im so confused because it was working fine yesterday and when i turned on my pc this morning i heard a bunch of beeping then it froze please heeeelp?

and when i try and play apex or any game its all messed up now pleeeeeeeeeease heeeelp

ok so apparently it disabled my gpu driver any one know why and hoiw to prevent it??????????????
