Monitors (occaisionally) don't detect PC on startup

Sometimes when I boot up my PC, my monitors (2 ViewSonic VA2431wm's) don't detect my PC. It's odd, considering they usually do. And no matter what, when I shut off my PC and turn it on again they work. It's very strange.

Anyways, I use DVI and I have a dedicated Graphics Card, I even reinstalled the Drivers.

I have that same problem with my new monitor. It does not happen very often. With my older monitor I never had this happen.
