Monitor's problem with my neon Lamp

Hey Guys

i have a weird problem with my Monitor when i turn on my neon lamp my monitor become black for a few seconds and then start to work again What is the problem i just changed the neon lamp yesterday but I still have the problem
i am using LED lamp now but i dont like the color

Neon lamps tend to have capacitor to make spark to power up the lamp.
Try to plug it in another wall socket.

So do i have to change the wall socket? I changed the lamp and the capacitor

Nooooo, plug it in another wall sockety see if same thing happens, sometimes an extension cord and everything plugged into it can do such things.

Also turning the plug of neon lamp for 180* to swap live and neutral, wont go into details because you might not understand.
