Monitors randomly turn off when they shouldn't

So when I'm actively using my computer my monitors do not turn off but when I leave it for what seems like one or two minutes they shut off. This should not happen since I have the sleep time set at 10 minutes. The computer doesn't even go into sleep mode, the monitors just turn off and a simple move of the mouse or tap of the keyboard will turn them back on.

I recently got a second monitor and installed a program called DisplayFusion which let's me customise my second monitor and have another taskbar, different desktop backgrounds etc. I've looked through the program's menu's to see if there is anything that may cause this issue but alas all seems to be in perfect working order, which is definitely not the case. I don't know how to fix this issue so I've come here in attempt to fix the issue, after googling a bit of course.

Please help me find a solution. It is very irritating to have my monitors turn off when reading webpages, etc.

Thanks.

The "sleep" setting and the "turn off display" setting are two separate items with separate timer settings.

Control Panel > Power Options.
Against the active power plan, click "Change plan settings".
There you'll see that "put computer to sleep" and "turn off display" are shown separately.

That's for Windows 7 by the way, don't know if it applies to other versions.

I do understand that are two options there and I have the 'Put the computer to sleep:' option set to 'Never' and the 'Turn off the display' option set to 10 minutes. I may need to reiterate, this issue has only started to occur ever since I setup a second monitor and DisplayFusion.
