Question Monitors turn off after inactivity but dont come back on

My computer is still running and so are the fans. Moving the mouse or pressing on the keyboard does nothing. I have to restart the computer by pressing the switch on the tower. Any thoughts? I did get a bsod today but I am not sure how to read the dmp file.

Since when? Was it after/before the BSOD?
Attach the dump file, ill see if i can help.
Did it start happening after you changed some settings?

The screen issue has been happening for over a month. The BSOD just happened today and is new.
