So, I've been playing a ton of WoW legion, but for some reason both of my monitors keep shutting off at the same time while my computer is still running, so I have to restart my computer and then it's fixed for a couple of minutes until it does it again. I've tried everything I could think of. Trying multiple monitors, trying multiple cables, remove dust, uninstalling and then reinstalling my gpu drivers. The only thing I could think of is the fan set-up or my water cooling fan, maybe it's set up wrong and it's overheating so my monitors would shut off or something I don't know. Here's a picture detailing how my fans are set up. Beneath the picture is my temps/fan speeds in HWMonitor Pro:

I really don't want to take my computer to a computer shop to see what the deal is, because school also starts soon and it'll be hard to do my write-ups/assignments. Please help guys I don't know what the problem is. Could it be a virus or a program doing it? Here are my specs:

Motherboard: GA-990FXA-UD3
CPU: AMD FX(tm)-6100 Six-Core Processor
GPU: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 970
Ram: 16.0 GB DDR3
PS: Power Supply: Toughpower GOLD 750W
+3.3V +5V +12V -12V +5VSB
MOC 20A 20A 62A 0.8A 3.0A
MOP 100W 744W 9.6W 15W
Monitors: ViewSonic VA2033 SERIES (connected via VGA)
DELL s2009W (Connected via HDMI)

Is there a reason why you're running VGA to the Viewsonic? It sounds like one of 2 things. While I don't think less that this is your issue, the card may be having an issue. Your symptoms do not sound like the card is having an issue. Your temps look pretty normal. I've seen bad ones run up near 80C.

However, I have seen where running VGA and DVI/HDMI together causes issues like this. It's generally the fault of the VGA, in situations like this. Not sure if it's software coding, or the hardware, or both. Newer cards have had issues with running an analog and digital signal at the same time. It's not a super common occurrence, but I've seen this on many occasion.
