Within the last month without changing absolutely anything, no new drivers or anything like that. The following has been occurring. Any game that's of relative intensity, I.E,newly released overwatch, battlefield, Arma 3 etc after some time playing said titles, my pc monitor's will go black and my gpu spans will spin very loudly int'll the pc is hard restarted. The pc remains on after the monitors go out. ( I can still hear skype and other audio, windows sounds etc) But the display will not come back on. It is also worth to note that the problem has never occurred while just on the desktop, browsing youtube etc. The P.C has been on for greater than 24 hours idle, displays on with no crash, it only occurs during high stress games.

I have tried all the common fixes to this such as re applying the thermal paste to both the GPU and CPU, making sure all the fans are spinning, cleaning dust from area's etc. The temperature's are normal for a AMD, the cpu idles at 20-24C and the GPU idles at 35-38C under load the CPU reaches about 47-53C and the GPU around 55-70C nothing out of the ordinary. I have seen dozen of other posts about this problem and the common thought it either the GPU is bad or the PSU is dying and not providing enough power to the GPU when its under stress. If it was a PSU problem I would think the pc would turn off and not just shut off the display but I'm not a expert on the workings of a dying PSU. My event viewer's gives me no information on the issue besides the following which i am not sure is related:

Event 10010, distribuedCOM The server {784E29F4-5EBE-4279-9948-1E8FE941646D} did not register with DCOM within the required timeout.

Event 4101 Display Display driver amdkmdap stopped responding and has successfully recovered.
( this is the only display releated error on event viewer and it claims it recovered but it never does)

Event 7022 Service Control Manager The Delivery Optimization service hung on starting.

Event 11, Wininit Custom dynamic link libraries are being loaded for every application. The system administrator should review the list of libraries to ensure they are related to trusted applications. Please visit http://support.microsoft.com/kb/197571 for more information.

Event viewer messages are lost on me so any plain English on what those mean would be appreciated. I've done a dozen virus scans and error scans, even uninstalled and clean installed the AMD drivers, the problem still persists.
