Question MonkerSolver freezing ?

I use a program called MonkerSolver. It uses Java to start. I own Windows 10.

When I open the program, it just freezes and nothing happens. The MonkerSolver support team is unresponsive so I hope to get an answer here.

What causes the issue and how can I figure out how to solve it? It used to work once but that seemed to be pure luck. Once restarted, it just starts in a frozen state.

I don't know what logs are. Where would I look it up?
JAVA is most up to date. When I try to manually update it in the JAVA settings, it says up to date.

It is possible that the JAVA update broke it. It is unlikely that you started with the version you have now.
Where are the logs? Not a clue. You will have to search. Probably somewhere under the install directory.

Oh, logs of the specific program. Are we talking about Monkersolver or JAVA in that case?

Before checking the logs, I decided to install a "different" java. Magically it works now. Thank you for helping.
