[SOLVED] Mono audio only

So I have HyperX Cloud Stinger Core which I actually use in PC, I use audio splitter for mic to work.
I tested the sound quality and its great however when i test left and right, the right side seems to be not working, i hear left sound on both side of the headset.
Is it normal?

No it's not normal, pretty much ruins the purpose of a stereo headset. Does it work fine without that adapter in something that has a combo jack?

i tested a while ago, it was shocking that it became a fine stereo headset without an audio splitter, but i want to use its mic, how do i do that?

If it works without the splitter, try another splitter.

Sounds like Mic and Headphone are swapped on the adapter. Try switching their positions on the splitter.

the mic work perfectly, its just that the sound of the speakers of headphone is mono only
