Question Month old PC turns off when launching game

I just built my own pc a month ago and it has been working perfectly until today. When I launch a game, the screen will turn black and the monitor will say “no signal.” The fans are still spinning in my case and I have very little knowledge about pcs. Someone please help

Specs
Thermaltake Smart BM2 650W
Geforce GTX 1660 Super
Ryzen 5 3600x
MSI MPG B550 Gaming Edge WIFI

Update: I screenshared with a friend and turns out my pc is still running. I'm thinking it's the hdmi cable?

run userbenchmark.com and post the http link of your result, e.g. https://www.userbenchmark.com/UserRun/28977730

Reset the BIOS by jumper clrCMOS or JBAT or similar (eventually you will have to set the boot priority correctly after that)

check windows integrity
open the command prompt as administrator and type DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth

check the memory by running memtest.org usb autoinstaller (bootable USB flash drive)

check the hard drive for errors with its manufacturer´s tool

I tried running the userbenchmark website but the monitor turned off again just like it did when I launched a game. Idk if this is any important info but after the monitor responded with no signal, my gpu fans started spinning very loudly...
