Question Montior says no signal when pc turns on

My computer worked fine about a week ago. After a night of some gaming I shut down the computer nicely with no issues before. The next day it doesnt turn on. NO lights or fan spinning not even the powersupply. So I did some researched and decided to replace the motherboard. Once I install the new motherboard it turns on and everything lights up and spins. Seems like everything is working until the monitor says no signal and cant even tell if it posts or not. I've tried everything so far. Different monitors and cables, swapped powersupply, tried one ram stick at a time in different spots, tried it without the graphics card and plugged in to motherboard and still no signal.

try with the 2060 out and test with just the igpu

Is there anyways for it to be the cpu? I tried it with and without the ram and dlnt even get the beep I'm supposed to

It is possible.
try unplug the all the hdd/sdd and see if you can boot to bios?

Dont worry I fixed it by a lucky guess. It was a dead cpu
