Help!!!

After finally getting memory that would post, I started working to get my
previous Windows installation repaired to accept the new mobo. Everything
booted well using Knoppix so I know the parts worked. I powered down
everything, disconnected all cables and connected all to a different
electrical outlet not connected to a surge protector, monitor, mouse, and
keyboard (later found to be in-op). I turned power to the power supply and
the lights turned on on the mobo. I pushed the power on button and
immediately got the 2 tone siren. I powered off quickly and let everything
rest, checked to make sure the cpu fan was clear of wires (one appeared to
slowing the fan) and turned all back on. Now on post I get a code 90 and it
will not finish full post into bios. I have cleared CMOS several times,
still no luck. What should I do NEXT?????

Reseat the memory and all periph cards, and make sure the clear cmos jumper
is in the correct position.
After all that, Clear the cmos and try the boot again. I got a post 90
and sirens once and I found my AGP card crooked in the socket.
Also got a post 90 when I accidentally left the cmos jumper in the clear
position after a bios upgrade.
