Question more CL in windows than in bios

I have 1 more CL in windows looking for example at cpu-z 18-18-18-39
but i bios i have d.o.c.p 17-18-18-39
I am now after format, before everything was working fine i have
hyperx predator 3600MHz cl17
Asus TUF x570 plus wifi
Ryzen 5 3600X
minutes before i updated bios and it's the same one CL more on any software, aida64 , hwinfo, cpu-z
could it be just windows things?

OK today I observe that my mobo rounded up cas latency to even numbers like 17 to 18 and 19 to 20
That is strange because 2 days ago 17 was just 17, Iinstalled software like armourycrate and asus aura , it seems to me that they can manipulate options in bios.
Could it be that these programs idk "update" change something in bios and now ram cas latency can be olny even?
i hear new ryzen do not like odd CL...

OK I finally fix it. It looks like after reset bios to default before any perturbation, "geardown mode" in dram timing turn to "auto" and rounded CL to even
I have to disable it and now cpu-z shows correct 17-18-18-39
