More Fans and where?

So in my rig I'm running a ryzen 5 1600x with a bequiet pure rock to cool it and recently whilst playing just Cause 3 it hit 90C which understandably scared me a little. I would preferably like this to not happen again and am pondering what to do about it.

I have a Gamemax Titan case with 3 Gamemax rgb fans that came preinstalled but they don't seem to move much air and on the settings they have(high/low/off) i don't know what rpm they're spinning at or what.

I don't want to replace my cooler because that's extra dosh i don't want to spend. Should i reposition my fans? get new fans? get more fans?

What does AMD overdrive say about your CPU thermal margin (at a given temp)?

Good review frrom Kitguru, so fans are not that bad. Maybe you just need to turn them up or add a second exhaust fan in the roof, above the cpu.

What does AMD overdrive say about your CPU thermal margin (at a given temp)?

Ran overdrive and got a bsod. After it restarted it went straight to bsod before the login screen.
