More problems after fixing Kernel_Security_Check_Error

I bought a new desktop gaming computer a couple months ago

After a couple days the computer would randomly give me a bsod when I was playing games after a couple hours or at it's worse before I had chance to login. The error was KERNEL_SECURITY_CHECK_ERROR which after a couple weeks changed to KERNEL_SECURITY_CHECK_FAILURE so I looked for lots of options but couldn't really find anything and the things I did find didn't really work so anyway a couple of months later I got lots of different bsod like: INTERNAL_POWER_FAILURE, PAGE_IN_NON-PAGED_AREA, MEMORY_MANAGEMENT
I handled this for a couple weeks or so as it was kinda awkward but frustrating to handle. I eventually got fed up of having to keep logging in and restarting my computer so I looked intensely for ways to fix this issue, first I looked up the memory management and I concluded by using the SFC/SCANNOW steps and turning of fast boot up whichfixed the problem with my computer with the random bsod and such.

But later I soon realised that I have a different problem with my computer, it is insanely laggy especially with sound and drags on and lags as if I am running on a very low spec laptop/netbook. It used to play music smoothly and play games smoothly but now it just lags so much it is beyond use. I looked around for any other people with these issues and everyone says it is a virus or something but I have used nortons to fully scan the system, defragment, optimize and bleach free disk space to find the problem many times but without luck. Please help if you know a solution to my issue.

For starters can I get your full system specs please, the link you showed is 4 computers we need to know which is yours.

This will show display what is currently inside your computer, minus the psu and hdd/ssd info.
As for the problem itself I need the bsod information so I can see what may be happening.
Click the start button or click on search, type eventviewer.exe, when you see the icon app pull up click it.
Now navigate to the windows log tab, click that, click on system logs.
Look for any red x errors and view the information, it should contain the bsod code or info relating to the problem.
As for the virus people keep claiming you may or may not have,uninstall norton completely, next reboot, install this:

Even though its microsoft product it is better than norton on detection of viruses, trojan horses and some worms.
Run a full scan, if mssentials/windowsdefender finds something on your system it'll show you while still scanning.
