More ram mean more heat?

just doubled my memory from four to eight gb's and im noticing my laptop runs a little warmer. this normal or am i just crazy?

its mean you have better than privous but did you overclock anything.

run memtest.

It all depends on the details. How many sticks of RAM? at what voltages / speeds?

ran memtest with no errors so the ram is good, its two 4 gb sticks ddr3 1066, 1.5 v, pc3-8500.

It's just you : )) RAM does not get hot, but warm in the laptop.

U have convinced yourself that it is hotter and now u think it is : )

Ha! yeah thats what i thought after it passed the memtest. i am nuts lol. Thanks alot for your help
