More ram or cooling?

Straight to the point: Should I buy another 4 gigs or ram or should I buy more cooling. Also, If cooling, should I buy water cooling or normal cooling and should I buy a case cooler or a CPU cooler? Thanks

What do you plan on using for a graphics card?

i already built this and I am not sure why the GPU is not on ther but I have the Radeon R9 270 windforce 2Gb

Ah alright! Are you using Stock cooler? If so I'd opt for another cooler. And Water cooling would do better but it depends on how your case is. Air cooling would be best bet if you can't fit a Radiator on there. And save for the other 4GB later as 4GB's of ram is more on the low side now.

By stock cooler, I mean Stock cooler on your CPU.
