More RAM or GHz?

I have a HP G61with an AMD Turion II Ultra Dual Core M600 (2.4 ghz) and 3gigs of RAM. On the games I try to play it asks for 2.4 for a minimum but when I try to play it is so slow that I am unable to play at even the lowest of settings. So my question is, should I look into getting more RAM or look into a M660 (2.7 ghz). If the M660 is more important then do you know where I can get one because I have looked on ebay and amazon to no avail. The best I can find is the M640 (2.6 ghz). Thank you in advance.

Neither, that specification of laptop is not for for gaming, they are light office systems.
