I upgraded my memory from 4 to 8 recently. At my surprise, my task manager says total memory : 8GB, In use : (about) 970MB, Available : 2GB and Hardware Reserved : 5GB? Like seriously? What is this hardware reserved? My tired of trying out a millions steps, such as unchecking Maximum memory in msconfig under BOOT section. Messing with page file/virtual memory. Editing the regedit (as guiding by some YT videos). The regedit is anyway all in default, as I revert back the numbers as it was before If I don't see any changes.

Please help me with this issue. I'm tired of executing every possible steps. Nothing worked. Yes, BIOS update might be one thing, but is not that easy with my setup. No website to download drivers, my bios doesn't even seem to have options like those of the YouTubers. I'm damn confused.
PLEASE HELP!
