I have Intel Celerion, 4GB RAM and 2GB Graphics (ATI Radeon HD5450), Mortal Kombat complete Edition is lagging. Can anyone recommend me some settings by which I can enjoy the game

reduce the resolution to like 640x480 and all settings to low. Does it lag with these settings as well?

1280x720 is the lowest resolution. Everything is at lowest but still lagging

Then your hardware is not good enough to play it without lagging.

You can try updating the graphics driver though

eventually check the temperature while gaming
run 3dmark (it´s for free), click after it on compare result online and post the address from your upcoming browser
