Greetings, I was checking forums and got totaly confused what is what on mobo.
I was thinking that VRMs are black boxes near CPU socket, but I also read that those are chokes... So who is right? And is VRM and MOSFET the same thing? Thanks in advance.

Solution
mosfets are the ones marked with v, all the components there, chokes(marked with m),caps are part of vrm on your board, the whole section there is the vrm
vrms generaly include the chokes and the mosfet drivers themselves(which are usually right under the heat sink, in some cases the whole mosfet(drive ic , hs mos, ls mos) is a single chip, in others there are three chips )
