Most Comprehensive win 10 privacy tool

My head is spinning trying to figure out the privacy tools available to slow down Win 10 Intrusions.
Mostly I just don't understand much about what is necessary to attain some semblance of privacy.....so it is hard to pick and choose.

Anyone know what software program actually does all or at least most of the things that need to be done?
