Most difficult game to run at max settings?

I have been out of the PC gaming world for quite a while. After upgrading a few parts to my build, I'm looking to see how it can handle the maximum settings in a demanding game. What game(s) would you recommend? I am open to just about any genre, but prefer FPS and Role-playing. Here is my build:

CPU: Intel Core i5-2500K (OC running stable @ 4.4GHz)
Graphics: EVGA ACX Cooler GeForce GTX 780 3GB 384-Bit GDDR5
Memory: 16GB G.SKILL Ripjaws X Series DDR3 running at 2133

I wouldnt use GTA IV as a performance comparison,sure it gets heavy with mods but its a bad port to begin with.

Modded Skyrim would be better.
