Most expensive mid range GPU with the Ethereum Shortage?

Thought Id take a look at what pricing people from different areas are facing right now for midrange cards with the Ethereum mining craze in full swing.

Anyone beat that. I think it's about twice the normal cost.

The RX-470 is selling for slightly more here.
I sold my used Asus Strix 480 on ebay for twice what I paid for it almost a year ago. I don't know if that counts or not.

i guess it does count equally as much. With all the vendors running out of supply demand is pushing up pricing. i wonder how long it will last. Will anyone other than miners buy the mid level GPU's. Cant justify the price only for gaming.

The bitcoin craze lasted about 3 years if I remember correctly. Was supposed to be the currency of the future. When it fizzled out, the used GPU market was flooded with cheap used over-heated, worn out gfx cards. I don't expect this Ethereum/Bitcoin craze to be any shorter.
