Question Most of the time when i start my computer it runs suboptimally

I recently installed windows 7 on a partition on my HD, and most of the time when I start it runs poorly.

For example, yesterday I was playing league of legends at 80 fps, but today I can't get more than 40, I have restarted it multiple times, but it doesn't run at the normal speed.

I also have windows 10 installed.

Why did you install Win 7 on your system that already has 10? Full system specs?
