Most powerful all in one pump

I recently got this fan http://www.amazon.com/Delta-Electronics-PFB1212UHE-F00-120x120x38mm-connector/dp/B004Y15ALK/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1416766838&sr=8-1&keywords=delta+fan+120mm and I want to put it on an all in one watercooling loop for an AMD A10-7850K for a 4.7ghz overclock. So, which cooler should I buy or should i go air cooling. looking to spend 50$

You can't really buy any decent AIO watercoolers for that price, you'd be better off with a cooler master hyper 212 evo, or if your budget can stretch, a Noctua NH D14/15

I believe the CoolerMaster Nepton has the most powerful pump at 120 liter/hour but I'm not 100% positive. Regardless, No AIO liquid cooler for $50 is going to be a good value and you're better off getting a high-end air cooler. The only AIO liquid coolers that are worthwhile are the ones that come with dual-120mm/dual-140mm radiators and those are almost always $100+.

I'd say your best bet would be to put the fan you bought on a Coolermaster 212 evo.

Passive cooling on current components generally isn't going to remove enough heat in watts for what is being generated.

Yes, the 212 evo is the best cooler for that price. It comes pre-installed with a fan and has the capability of mounting a second 120mm fan to it. You might need special screws for that extra-thick fan you bought but it'll work just fine with it and you won't have to use zipties. 😉

Yes, the 212 evo is the best cooler for that price. It comes pre-installed with a fan and has the capability of mounting a second 120mm fan to it. You might need special screws for that extra-thick fan you bought but it'll work just fine with it and you won't have to use zipties. 😉

You might have to alter the mounting mechanism...that Delta fan is 38mm thick, most normal 120mm fans are around 25mm thick.

But yes, in theory, your 252 CFM Delta would perform better, although will likely be quite loud and require frequent cleaning due to dust buildup.

That's difficult to say. You should just test it out with the stock fan and with the Delta...just swap the fan out. There isn't a graph or anything that directly determines 'how much better' it will be...trial and error.
