Question Most powerful used graphics card for an Intel Pentium G4600 for mostly video editing/face swaping?

I wanted mostly for video editing not really for very demanding games around 100$/euro range.I was thinking something like an rx570 but I was reading that it will bottleneck ,if so what other graphics card can be used?

PSU: Corsair VS450

Motherboard:Asus H110M-D

That is a meaningless word and statement.

Buy the best GPU that is within your budget, and what your current PSU can support.

Wouldn't that cause issues when using the pc in demaning stuff like face swapping video editing?What graphics card would you recomend me besides a rx570 ?

What 'issues'?

Putting in a better part does not make the system run worse.
The current system may not allow the new part to reach its full potential, but it will still be 'better'.
