Most quiet yet efficient 120mm case fan? (for the $)

Hello,
I have a h70 liquid cooler that needs a fan replacing (really paranoid about computer noise) My side is slightly open to my case because of the large side fan and also the h70 cooler, but the cooler is loud now and I want to replace it with really quiet but efficient fans. I don't want to spend a lot for one fan since I am out of work for a few months. I would be willing to spend up to $15 and that's if its the best for the money (sorry for sounding like a tightwad)

Any suggestions?

Although seeing as they're out the stated price range, the Antec that cmichael138 linked would probably be a good choice. If you're willing to go the extra mile for silence though, i'd get the Noctua.
