most recommended psu for this build?

My build will be:

CPU: i5 7600k
motherboard gigabyte b250m
ram: 8 gb ballistix ddr4 2400
GPU: gtx 1060 6 gb

Would 600w be enough or should I go for 700-750w?

But why a 7600k on a B250? Without the ability to overclock, the K CPU is only 100Mhz boost clock higher than its non-K equivalent while consuming 30-40% more power?

Did you considered that picking the K CPU will also entail the need for an aftermarket CPU cooler?

Thank you for updating me on this, I had no idea the motherboard wouldn't allow for full overclocking. I'll have to consider other options
