Question Most robust mouse?

I need a corded optical mouse, cord needs to be ~5' long (such as Belkin), nothing more than left/right click and scroll wheel.

I have been purchasing inexpensive Logitech mice and up from there. Have gotten Belkin, Microsoft, off brand Chinese stuff, even a couple of 'expensive' options in a hunt for a mouse that will not go to 'double click' on left within roughly 90-120 days. The particular position this mouse is used for gets a LOT of clicking.

Is there a mouse out there, at or under $30-40 that will actually last a year or so?

i bought a razer basilisk x hyperspeed a couple years ago and it's still going strong. it's wireless as RF or BT, your choice.

not had a single problem with it so far. they run about $55 new and about $40 refurb

this is my first mouse that is not one of those cheap logitech $20 for keyboard and mouse combo things. and i won't go back. not gonna spend $100+ for a mouse but i'll def get the next version of this if this one ever fails.
