Question Most suited ram?

So i am looking to build a new rig as my current one really needs updating. i have researched and found what i want:

Gigabyte B450M DS3H
Ryzen 3 2200

just wondering if someone more recent knowledge can help me decide on which ram go to for (my hardware knowledge isn't as updated as it used to be).

Will definitely get the Corsair Vengeance range but wondered if i should get the 3200 or 2933 speed?
i have also seem someone posting about putting 3000 on this mobo but the specifications doesn't list 3000 as compatible?

any help is appreciated.

Get the 3200mhz in matched pair 2x4GB or 2x8GB. Ryzen performs better with higher memory speed. If you can afford it I’d get the 2x8 since the memory will be shared between the system and GPU.
