moterboard not working

I bought a new mobo and processor and put everything in the right socket but it wont turn on
Help
My specs are

Gigabyte ga-78lmt usb3
Amd fx4300 processor
Ati radeon hd5450 gpu
Coolermaster elite 311 cabinet
Zebronics 450w psu

Have you insert the motherboard 8 pin power plug?If yes, maybe your mobo or psu broke.

My psu has 4 bit connecter which i have connected to the mobo..

Do i need to buy a new psu which has 8 pin connector or it will work ??

Well,if you only insert the 4 pin connecter,some time it work,but i won't trust that psu... so... I think you should buy a new psu,or try to test your psu or mobo dead.

Actually me and my friend ordered the same specs mobo and psu.. And we both are not able to start our mobo...

Check your bios version is F3 or F4?Only F3 and F4 support FX 4300 CPU.
