So im buying an i3 6100 cpu and i want a decent motherboard for it at 60$ can you suggest me one?

Im portuguese and we here say "caixa" that means box. In english i think i should say chassis or case. ATX,micro atx and mini ITX are motherboard sizes. Your case needs to be big enough for a atx mobo if you want to install an atx mobo.

In the back of your case, down the motherboard plugs there are some expansion metals that you can remove. How many(some can be filled with cards too, count them too). If they are 7 its atx,4 is micro atx and 2 is mini itx.
