Motheboard for i7 2600k?

i want to upgrade my motherboard and i'm between this two:

i swear PRO GEN3 is now latest in ASUS.

i was near to buy maximus because it's a good mobo and secondly because i want to start modding with these colors(black-red)
but now change of plans PRO GEN3 looks great mobo
