Motheeboard or cpu help

I recently installed a new processor and motherboard but when I turn it on it only does this ( https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6GHTNdkxQrE ) it boots in to bios but not windows.

You need to reinstall windows with a motherboard change.

It's not booting because of that.

Is there a way of reinstalling windows without the disc? I bought this pre built and don't have a windows disc...

If it's prebuilt the license is tied to the old board because it is OEM.

You need a new license , the new board makes it a new computer.

OEM versions of Windows are identical to Full License Retail versions except for the following:

- OEM versions do not offer any free Microsoft direct support from Microsoft support personnel

- OEM licenses are tied to the very first computer you install and activate it on

- OEM versions allow all hardware upgrades except for an upgrade to a different model motherboard

- OEM versions cannot be used to directly upgrade from an older Windows operating system

So basically I would have to buy a windows disc or would it be possible to install from my phone or something?

You need a new license and install media.
