Mother board AMD + PCIe 3.0?
Ive read that This tipes of motherboards are rare to nonexisting. Ive found out about the ASUS Sabertooth 990FX; too expensive.
Ive also read that I could put my PCIe 3.0 Graphic card into a PCIe 2.0 port. However just to make sure. Is it possible with this one? :

Only the Sabertooth Rev. 2 Gen 3 had PCIE 3.0 , there is absolutely no loss putting a 3.0 in a 2.0 slot.

What even is the difference between PCIe 2 and 3?
If there wont be any loss then I can Pair AMD with Nvidia on PCIe2 without any problems?
Im using to monitors 1 with 1680 x 1050 and 2nd one with 1280 x 1024.
