[SOLVED] Mother Board and fans do not work

I have a ASRock B460 PRO4 it has a 4 pin fan connecter and the fan connecter and the fans on my case 3 pin what do I do? (I already have the mother board and I kinda don't what to return it)

Plug them in anyway and make sure that those headers are set to Voltage adjustment (not PWM) in BIOS.
