Mother Board Dilemma

I am building a gaming pc and pretty much confused with choosing a mobo. Looking for a price/performace mobo. Currently inclined towards Maximus VII Hero because of it's reviews.

Some of the mobo's that i have in mind atm:
1. Asus Maximus VII Hero
2. Asus Z97-A
3. MSI Z97-GAMING 5

Your reasoning / suggestions would be highly appreciated.

The MSI board would be my pick. It looks sweet, is pretty good feature wise, and is a THG recommended motherboard.
