Mother board drivers on f2a88xm-d3h

I was just installing a 212 evo cooler master to my computer, because after. 3 months with my computer i decided i needed a better system fan, anyway when i installed the fan and turned on my computer the ethernet controller was not working. So i uninstalled the ethernet controller and reinstalled it, no luck its the right file because i used it before. It asked if i was in deep sleep mode, and please plug, or something like that. My question is did i accidentally damage something on the motherboard that would cause it to not work? PLEASE I NEED HELP!

You might have damaged it. But I doubt it.

Can you get into Windows OK? Can you check whether the Realtek® GbE LAN chip is working OK? Look in Control Panel, Device Manager, Network Adapters

when i go into device manager no network adapters show up, nothing is being detected

I gather the ethernet controller is still physically there. It might not be recognised as such till you download and install its driver.
