Question Mother board/ Fans not working

so i have the Rog Strix b450-f as my motherboard and the Nzxt H510 as my case.... i do not have my cpu and graphics card yet but are otw... but i do know that thr fans should spin even without them... Please help.

You need to install both a CPU and GPU for the system to do anything. I suggest waiting until you assemble the system before you try troubleshooting anything (which you can't).

i been seein on other forums that thr fans should turn on regardless

Many boards won't show any signs of life without a cpu installed.
