Will 7 x 9 mother board fit in cooler master elite 130. I am looking for biostar h81mhv3 board to fit in the case

My bad. I apologize for leading you down the wrong path. I was looking at the wrong case. You are 100% correct, the case you asked about is indeed a mITX. That board will not fit, even if it is somewhat smaller than a std. mATX.
That's why it is always best to provide a link to the exact item you are asking about when possible. So careless folks like me don't look at the wrong item. Again, my apologies for steering you wrong.
