You need any motherboard with socket 1150. Any board with an H81, B85, H87, Z87, H97 or Z97 chipset will have socket 1150, and should work.
H81 is limited to 2 RAM slots, and will have fewer other bells and whistles, but will be cheapest.
Z87 and Z97 will be the most expensive and have the most features, but are primary targeted at users looking to overclock - which you can't do with an i5 4460 anyway.
Brand-wise, ASRock is generally a very solid low-cost choice. Gigabyte, MSI and Asus are good, but typically have higher prices. Years ago brands like ECS and Biostar had a reputation for making cheap junk.
