You need any motherboard with socket 1150. Any board with an H81, B85, H87, Z87, H97 or Z97 chipset will have socket 1150, and should work.
H81 is limited to 2 RAM slots, and will have fewer other bells and whistles, but will be cheapest.
Z87 and Z97 will be the most expensive and have the most features, but are primary targeted at users looking to overclock - which you can't do with an i5 4460 anyway.
Brand-wise, ASRock is generally a very solid low-cost choice. Gigabyte, MSI and Asus are good, but typically have higher prices. Years ago brands like ECS and Biostar had a reputation for making cheap junk. This may not be true today, but given that ASRock is well-reputed and very little more expensive, that would probably be my pick.
You have a few choices in terms of motherboard size. ATX boards are large, and will fit only in mid-tower or larger cases. mATX boards are smaller, and will likely have the same features, and can fit in some smaller cases that ATX cannot. ITX is the smallest form-factor, and can fit in ITX or ATX cases, though you sometimes give up some things when going for a motherboard this small.
So, I would say, if you are fine with a very basic board, anything "ASRock H81 mATX" would probably be a good choice. If you want more USB ports, RAM slots, SATA connectors, "ASRock H97 mATX" would be a good choice. If you are looking to build a very tiny but powerful PC, either chipset in "ITX" would be appropriate.
