Question Mother board help

Ok so I ran into a problem with my Asus p8z68 pro gen 3 mobo. After going into bios I can’t really remember what I did but after restart red vga light came on. I have tried the cmos battery removal also shorting it. Also removed sticks also tried different cards. Now when I do the power supply test the fan spins for a little and stops. I have completely disassembled it cuz it’s starting to make me angry . Any help would
Be nice . Ps . I have not tried another psu.
