mother board replacing!!

My System Requirement:
500Gb HDD,
12Gb RAM (Corsair XMS3 DDR3 8 GB & Transcend DDR3-1333 DDR3 4 GB),
Intel DH61WW Motherboard,
Corsair 450W PSU,
ZOTAC GTX 650 Ti Boost 2Gb Graphics Card,
AverMedia TV tuner 009,
Now my problem is due to high Voltage current my motherboard has been crashed,
so i have to replace it for that i choose

That board will work fine wit your current specs and is decent, however I am assuming you know what your CPU is and know it is compatible.

As long as it has the same LGA1155 socket if you are going to re-use your processor.
