Some pre-built computers have their own special configurations, and they wont fix in other cases as the standoffs are different.
Dell uses a proprietrary connector, cable, and front I/O card. They don't publish the pinout, and it varies greatly from one Dell model to the next. It's a Micro ATX format so you should be OK there. One way would be to get the matching card and cable and hang it in an unused external drive bay. The other way is to reverse engineer the pinout yourself. PWR,USB,sound,diagnosic LEDs,HDD/ network indicators, and sometimes thermal sensors live there.
