Buddy,
I've also faced this kinda problem in past. You don't need to panic.

I am sure,
Your ram is dead or dying. How many ram sticks you have? Just try to power on the system by putting single ram stick one by one in every boot in order to check which ram is not working.

Or,
Try to replace the mobo silver battery.

Or,
Maybe your VGA or HDMI cable is causing this issue.

Or,
Clean your ram gently with pencil eraser. Sometimes ram come in the contact with carbon.

Or,
This is last and final option,
Consult a computer repair shop.

I had same problem with my Nividia Game ready drivers.
I reinstalled drivers to non dch and havent had any problems other than it takes windows a minute sometimes to display in 4k.
I cant seem to find the link now for instructions.
Follow instructions for DDU (driver uninstaller) in safe mode then try installing the standard driver from here>>
https://www.nvidia.com/Download/Find.aspx?lang=en-us
see if it helps.
I'm already using the latest drivers automatically updated by the GeForce experience app

I only have 1 ram stick, that too a new one.
And I don't it's the hdmi issue because it works for my laptop and other TV's

Hey guys . Just built a new pc. I'm not getting a display until I restart it few times. I don't now what the problem is. But I have observed someting.
When the pc starts the cpu fan spins on high speed and while I get the boot display it spins quietly.
But when I don't get a display it keeps spinning at high speed.
My specs
Gigabyte x570 aorus elite
Xpg 8gb 3000mhz ram
Amd ryzen 5 3600x
Gigabyte GTX 1660 super
Gigabyte p700d 700w psw
Please help me find a solution for this problem

There is a strange development, last time I have hibernated my pc, but the next time I turned it on, I didn't get any display, but when I restarted it 3 times, my work resumed where I left it.
