Motherboarb problem

immediately i plug my cpu it power by the psu and the processor colling fan we start working and the system won't come up for booting

did you make sure everything was plugged in to the motherboard, or the cpu was intsalled correctly?

have you plugged in the cpu power plug? used to be called a p4 plug not sure what its called now
