Motherboard (£65 max) for my build

Hello there I was wondering what would be a good motherboard for my build, I have £65 max budget for a motherboard.

Should I go for the motherboard I already have selected for my build:

(I may change the case to a Corsair 200r)

Or should I go for this motherboard:

Also, feel free recommend me a motherboard that you think will be better than the ones listed.

Get the one you already picked or the H97 version if its in budget.

I don't like MSI motherboards. ASRock and Asus are much better quality.
