motherboard 3.0 and 2.0 usb

hi guys my motherboard has 2x 2.0 usb and 1x3.0 usb
my case storm scout 2 has 2x3.0 usb in front. My question is can i connect 3.0usb from the case on the 2.0 usb on my motherboard? please help me

The 2 USB3.0 ports of the Scout II only use 1 USB3.0 header, which is also what your motherboard has. So you just need to connect the only internal usb3.0 cable of the case to the usb3.0 header on your board and the 2 usb3.0 ports will function manually. ( 1 header can be extended into 2 ports )
